Planet Earthling is DUCHELLE’s cultural platform and a collection of childhood and teenage memories from all around the world, born from a protest against the question: “Where are you from?” Rather than answering with a place, Planet Earthling looks at the memories, stories, cultures, and experiences that shape who we become.

Since 2021, these stories have come to life through experiences created in collaboration with governments, embassies, institutions, and businesses, bringing children and adults together through science, culture, and pop culture.

EARTHOPEDIA

Heritage and generational equity are in the very DNA of Planet Earthling. Since 2021, we have collected and carefully curated childhood and teenage memories submitted to us by people from around the world, including family albums and home videos. Our mission is to preserve the memories that shape generations and cultures, with each culture eventually having its own archive. The collection will be exhibited at the first edition of our Earthling Film Festival.

EARTHLING FILM FESTIVAL

Planet Earthling is pleased to present the first edition of Earthling Film Festival, taking place in Copenhagen in 2027. Through cinematic installations, moving image, and immersive storytelling, the festival explores the Earth, its cultures, and its creatures through an emotional world journey developed in collaboration with embassies, film institutes and earthlings from around the world.
